The room, bed, toilet and bath were all clean and comfortable. The standard complimentary water was great. Staff at the front desk were all friendly and helpful even at late hours which I often saw them due to my late evening/early morning arrivals. Most especially though, this is perhaps the best hotel closest to 2 of KL's popular malls which are Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall. There are other hotel properties closer to these malls, but trust me, Amari KL trumps both malls in terms of service and product. A little more to pay for sure, but it will be worth it (as long as you can afford it). They have a covered walk from their lobby to the malls that can be completed in around 5 (if you walk fast) to 8 minutes.

i love the hotel generally! the lobby, the restaurant and the rooms are all easy to the eyes! i did hotels hopping and had a great and the best stay at this hotel that i regret for not staying longer here! the hotel is opposite to the the garden mall and midvalley mall, and connected by a bridge. the breakfast spread was superb and i love the restaurant too; the lightings, ambience, settings, etc. and one thing that i appreciated so much after a bad sleep at the previous 5-star hotel is that they have the pillows menu! so, i easily can request for the type of pillow that i want and fancy! the checkin and checkout processes were a breeze and it’s all great! looking forward to come and stay here agaaaain! 🥳🥳

The staff at this hotel will surprise you with their willingness to go above and beyond in trying to meet your every need, from the moment you step out of the taxi to when you order a martini your every need will be met, including your preference of pillows. The pool and its scenery is spectacular. If you are in Kuala Lumpur this is a must stay, take it from someone who has been in hotels for a stay of 3 to 7 night for the last 6 weeks in 3 different countries. Food is amazing for both room service or their restaurants. Absolutely delicious. This is the only hotel who has offered to book us transit tickets and more. Exceptional staff. Can’t thank them enough for a wonderful and memorable stay

I asked him for his name on the last day, but I didn't remember exactly. I would like to say thank you to Hazaf or Hazad for working on the concierge team. He was a great concierge member who approached me first and asked me what I needed and tried to provide a service for it. The way he provided me with the service gave me a good awareness of Amari Kuala Lumpur and made me have a comfortable stay. I would also like to thank the front office team members for their efforts to help me find my flower. The hotel facilities and breakfast were generally excellent, and it is a nice hotel cuz there is a large mall and transportation nearby. I will definitely visit on my next visit.

Room is big and clean - Property is relatively new and located in the KL Eco City. 5 minutes walk from Abdullah Hukum LRT and about 10-15 mins walk to Gardens Mall (which is also connected to Mid Valley Megamall). Alternatively, private e-hailing, GRAB or travelling via KLIA Express->KTM/LRT are also good choices. Hotel offered welcome drinks at reception and gave Christmas cookies as treats which was really appreciated by my child. Level 1 infinity pool offers great city view. Breakfast variety changed (slightly) on a daily basis with fresh fruit juices, pancakes, waffles, etc. We love the rainforest shower too!
